Vote for April's Lumbers player of the month

Voting is now open to find the Lumbers Player of the Month for April with Ben Youngs, Brendon O'Connor and Ellis Genge on the shortlist.

Ben Youngs
Coming off the back of a triumphant Six Nations with England, Youngs has played a central role in the push for a place in the Aviva Premiership semi-finals, playing his 200th game for the club in the trip to Twickenham to face Bath and scoring a solo try to clinch the bonus point and the man-of-the-match honours in the vital win over Newcastle Falcons as well as securing a place on his second tour with the British & Irish Lions.

Brendon O'Connor
Tigers flanker O’Connor is up among the leaders in the season’s turnover tables, providing valuable attacking ball for the Tigers as well as slowing down possession for their rivals. He is also up among the top tryscorers at the club in 2016/17, with six in league and cup, including one at Twickenham against Bath this month.

Ellis Genge
The set-piece is where props earn their stripes, and Genge is making a big impact at scrum time, though there is more to his game too, with an eagerness to carry ball providing valuable momentum for the Tigers as well as bringing him five tries this season, including two in the home win over Newcastle Falcons this month which kept Tigers in the driving seat for a place in the top four in the Aviva Premiership table. His form has also been rewarded with a place in England's summer tour squad for the trip to Argentina.
