Tigers Academy and Munster lock horns at Oval Park
Hard-earned draw for Academy

A late converted try earned Leicester Tigers Academy a draw against visitors Munster at Oval Park on Friday afternoon.
The Irish province raced into a 13-point lead before two penalties from Rory Lynn and then a try from hooker Harry Thacker, converted by Lynn, brought Tigers level.
Munster regained their momentum to lead 23-13 at half-time but the hosts staged their second comeback of the afternoon as lock Joe Cain provided a second try and Lynn maintained his kicking record to make it 23-23.
Another try from the visitors gave them a seven-point advantage, only for replacement Tahir El Mahdi to provide the finish for the third Tigers try of the day and Lynn levelled the scores again with the conversion.
