Norwich-born Calum Green began the 2010/11 in the Tigers second row as injury counted out senior players Louis Deacon, Richard Blaze and Geoff Parling .
He was named in Richard Cockerill’s matchday squad 14 times that season and was also capped by England at Under-20 level.
After playing his early rugby at North Walsham RFC, Heartease School in Norwich and the Norfolk EPDG, Green joined the Tigers ranks and became Academy captain in 2008/09.
He played in a senior pre-season fixture at in Biarritz in August 2008 under new head coach Heynecke Meyer and made his Premiership bow against Saracens in March 2009.
