Then Tigers FitFans is for you! A fitness programme that runs throughout the year, usually in 15 week blocks. FitFans is open to everyone and is designed to help fans get fitter and healthier.
Held on Monday evenings at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, from 6.30pm until 7.30pm classes centre on exercises using bodyweight, minimal equipment and cardio sessions suitable for members of all abilities. In addition, between sessions get supportive message to keep you on track.
Led by Leicester Tigers Foundation Health Team, they can help you achieve your fitness and healthy lifestyle goals, motivating and inspiring fans along the way.
