Former Tigers back-rower and academy graduate Ben Pienaar is one of the coaches who made a big impression on Callum Richardson as he made his way in the game.

Ben was among his coaches at Gresham’s School as Callum follows in the footsteps of some notable Tigers players with Norfolk roots.

His first club was North Walsham RFC and he attended the Tigers’ Developing Player Programme centre in Norfolk from under-13s as well as playing cricket, tennis and hockey though school.
