Customer Services Executive

Core Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, Wednesday 12 - 8pm plus match days, weekends and evenings when required
Salary: £14,000
Reports to: Ticket Office Manager

Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility

• To provide administrative and clerical support in the sale of all products through the ticket office including but not limited to match tickets, group tickets, season tickets including the XV Club and Try Line Club, rugby camps, match day clinics including lead generation when required.
• To maximise revenue for each of these products by pro-active up-selling and cross selling.
• To be responsible for the day to day running of the ticket office and reception areas including training and supervision of casual staff.
• To assist in the running and administration of the direct debit scheme, lottery, charity policy, and supporters groups.
• To handle any queries and complaints and deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure service excellence is maintained at all times.
• To attend on match days and to act as a host in the XV Club and Try Line Club and to attend on weekends and evenings when necessary including road shows.
• To carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder's capabilities.
• To assist in Tigers vision to make Leicester Tigers the best rugby team in the world.

Graphic Designer

Salary: £20,000-£30,000 DoE
Reports to:
Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our existing team. This is a permanent job working alongside the club's marketing team to produce creative and innovative artwork for our digital and print campaigns to drive ticket sales, revenue and the Leicester Tigers brand.

Main Area of Responsibility

• To manage the club's artwork and imagery requirements.
• To produce exciting, creative and innovative content for all marketing collateral including both print and online.
• To provide insight for new projects and design direction.

Key Tasks

• To manage and deliver all artwork requirements in alignment with marketing plans.
• To keep all artwork and campaigns up to date both in print and online.
• To create content for the website and Tigerzine newsletter.
• To ensure that the Tigers 'brand' is projected correctly at all times and that corporate guidelines are followed.
• To carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holders capabilities.
• To assist in Tigers vision to make Leicester Tigers the best sports brand in the world.

Key Skills

• Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and/or any other software package for design.
• Brilliant creative flair and ability to communicate ideas and bring concepts to life.
• Good communicator, supervisor and organiser
• Project management, teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Inventive, imaginative, with an eye for detail
• Absolute flexibility in terms of working hours and requirements

Centerplate UK the proud catering partners to Leicester Tigers Football Club are now recruiting for the 2014/15 rugby season.

We are looking for experienced hospitality and retail catering staff with winning personalities and bags of confidence to join this fast paced and fun environment.

Leicester Tigers will play between 16-18 home games, mainly at weekends and we are looking to recruit the following positions:

Hospitality Managers - to oversee corporate hospitality for up to 400 guests

Bar Supervisors - for corporate areas for up to 400 guests

Hospitality Food & Beverage Staff

Retail Catering / Kiosk Staff
