Customer Services - Match day

Location: Welford Road Stadium

Reports to: Ticket Office Manager

Salary: £6.31 p/h (to increase in October) + Holiday Pay

Other benefits: Meal voucher provided on shift

Hours of work

• Variable by match.
• August 2014 - May 2015.
• Match days can be Friday evenings, Saturday or Sunday.

Main duties include:

• To sell and administer match tickets and all other products which are on sale in the ticket office.
• To arrange and distribute match day ticket collections to customers.
• To answer any queries which customers may have either by telephone, e-mail or in person.
• To deal with customers in an efficient and courteous manner.
• To work on match days and non-match day Saturdays as and when required. Match days can be Friday's, Saturday's or Sunday's and at varying times)
• To carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder's capabilities.

Work every home fixture unless otherwise specified at the beginning of the season and non-match days/evenings as and when required.

Programme Sellers

Location: Welford Road Stadium

Start: Immediate Start

Duration: Ongoing Match Days Season 2014-15

Benefits:

• Pay variable upon area covered each match
• Commision-10p per programme Outside confines of stadium
• £20 per match Inside the stadium
• £10 per match in addition to 10p commission Other

Job Description

• To provide service selling programmes to fans on match days
• To be a visible sign of support for all visitors to the ground. Be alert to the people around you, acknowledging them and providing assistance where required
• To report any issues of concern or complaint where appropriate whilst liaising with other match day teams in order to resolve
• To ensure high standards of customer service and match day standard are delivered in own area
• Provide post match feedback regarding any issues or opportunities to improve our Match Day experience or service
• Observe Health and Safety aspects

Person Specification

Professional and positive, the successful candidate will be polite and be able to communicate and sell programmes to our match day customers.

• Ability to build relationships and rapport
• Team player

Centerplate UK the proud catering partners to Leicester Tigers Football Club are now recruiting for the 2014/15 rugby season.

We are looking for experienced hospitality and retail catering staff with winning personalities and bags of confidence to join this fast paced and fun environment.

Leicester Tigers will play between 16-18 home games, mainly at weekends and we are looking to recruit the following positions:

Hospitality Managers - to oversee corporate hospitality for up to 400 guests

Bar Supervisors - for corporate areas for up to 400 guests

Hospitality Food & Beverage Staff

Retail Catering / Kiosk Staff

We offer competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work alongside two winning teams - Centerplate UK and Leicester Tigers.
