Tigers centre Ollie Smith is to decide which local youngsters can join in a training session with the World XV squad ahead of their match against South Africa at the Walkers Stadium in Leicester next month.

The England and Lions international is the judge in a competition run by BBC Radio Leicester to find 30 youngsters between the ages of eight and 15 from local schools and/or rugby clubs who will join the star-studded squad on their team run on Saturday, December 2, the day before the historic meeting with the Springboks.

The prize also includes places for up to 10 adults to accompany the young players and there will be tickets for everyone involved for the game against South Africa the following day as well as unbeatable opportunities to collect autographs or photos of the star names.

BBC Radio Leicester launched the competition on Ben Jackson's Breakfast programme and you can hear more every morning this week.

The best three entries from schools/clubs will be invited to speak on air and Ollie will judge the winner and announce it on the Breakfast programme.

Tune in to BBC Radio Leicester on 104.9FM or log on to the website at www.bbc.co.uk/leicester for full details. Phone number for entries is 0116 201 6688.

Tickets for the World XV v South Africa match at the Walkers Stadium on Sunday, December 3 (kick-off 3pm) are on sale now from the Tigers ticket office on 08701 28 34 30.
