One bus has already been filled with advance bookings and a second will now be added, running to the same timetable.
The service picks up in Oakham, Uppingham, Houghton on the Hill, Bushby, St Josephs and Uppingham Road on the way to the stadium.
There is also a T1 service running from Market Harborough Town Square, calling at Kibworth and Fleckney.
Supporters are advised to make advance bookings for the games against Clermont Auvergne on Saturday, December 17, Sale Sharks on January 1 and Wasps on January 7 as many places have already been snapped up.
Paul Hayes of Tigers Supporter Services said: “It’s great news that so many supporters are using the Arriva service and numbers are growing week by week.
“Our thanks go to Arriva for providing the service and at only £5 for adults and £4 for concessions and juniors for a return fare this is a cheap and easy way to get to and from home games.”

Tigers are working closely with Arriva with a view to expanding the service and hope to announce an additional route shortly.
