The competition will kick off at Swaffham RFC in Norfolk on Sunday, October 21, before festivals at Mellish RFC in Nottingham on Sunday, October 28, Lutterworth RFC on Sunday, November 4, and Stoke RFC on Sunday, November 11.
The winning teams from each festival will qualify for the knockout stages of the Prima Tiger Cup, which will be held at Welford Road before a first-team fixture. Tigers will also invite eight other clubs from the regional festivals to take part in the sister competition, the Prima Tiger Bowl, at Welford Road.
More than 50 teams entered last season's competition with Bury St Edmunds of Suffolk beating Derbyshire side Melbourne in the final.
David Mountford, coach of last year's winners Bury, said: "To run down the steps at Welford Road, to play three times at the home of Leicester Tigers and to win the Prima Tiger Cup is something they will all take with them for the rest of their lives."
