After scoring all Tigers’ points in Toulouse, Flood followed it up with an excellent performance in the thrilling bonus-point win over Ospreys in the Heineken Cup.
He grabbed a crucial try to take the game away from Ospreys and also landed five penalties, including two huge kicks from inside his own half, in a personal tally of 24 points.
Logovi’i Mulipola has been a mainstay of the Tigers pack this season, starting six of the first eight games. His scrummaging and ball carrying has established the Samoa international as a firm favourite with the Welford Road crowd.
Ben Youngs picked up the Heineken Man of the Match award against the Ospreys in only his third game back from a shoulder injury which kept him sidelined since the summer.
Youngs has already scored two crucial tries on his return to the Tigers team, against Sale Sharks in an important win in the Aviva Premiership, and against the Ospreys to help secure a bonus-point win in the Heineken Cup.

The Fiji international admitted he was surprised to win the award, and thanked supporters for voting for him.
“I am really thankful to them,” he said. “It was a big surprise for me because at the time I was nominated with Manu Tuilagi and Tom Youngs, who are big players for the team. I am thankful to win it.
“Right now everything is okay and I am really enjoying it. I think have some room to improve on my game but things are good. I really enjoy playing at Welford Road. The crowd is very welcoming.”
