Some of Leicester Tigers' greatest-ever names have confirmed they will be back at Welford Road for a Legends game in aid of Louis Deacon's Benefit Year and the Matt Hampson Foundation on Sunday, April 21 (3pm).

The match is between Louis Deacon’s Leicester Legends and Matt Hampson’s International Legends.

Martin Johnson will captain the Leicester team and he will be joined by the ‘ABC Club’ of Graham Rowntree, Richard Cockerill and Darren Garforth, plus Martin Corry and Lewis Moody.

Dean Richards, Tim Stimpson, Leon Lloyd, Freddie Tuilagi, Peter Short, Jeremy Staunton, Ollie Smith, Glenn Gelderbloom an Harry Ellis are also included in the Tigers squad.

World Cup winner Ben Kay and Heineken Cup hero Austin Healey are hoping to join their old team-mates, ESPN matchday duties permitting, while Neil Back will make a Welford Road return if he is not on match duty with Edinburgh.

World Cup winner Jason Robinson and French flanker Serge Betsen are the first two names penned in for the Matt Hampson International XV.

The first 2,500 tickets have been snapped up by supporters for the game and you can book your place now.

Tickets are available from the Tigers ticket office and the club website. Prices are just £10 adults, £5 children and OAPs. Family tickets, for two adults and two children, are £20.

Hospitality packages are also available. To make a hospitality booking, phone 0116 2171 215 or email [email protected]
