Tigers full-back Tom Hudson and flanker Will Owen were named in England’s starting line-up, with prop Neale Farthing and scrum-half George Tressider used as replacements in the 44-7 victory.
All four are also students at Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth College, an education partner of the Tigers.
Tigers Academy manager Neil McCarthy said: “It’s always good to see any of our players playing rugby at representative level and the feedback is that they did well in the squad.
“Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth College can take great pride in having four players in this squad too.
“We work very closely with the College and they are a very supportive education partner of the Tigers Academy, as is Leicester Grammar who had two players within this squad last season.”
Tries from Stuart Townsend (2), Nathan Earle (2), Cameron Neild, Charlie Ewels and Zach Kibirige helped England to victory, with Sam Olver kicking nine points.
