Seremaia Bai of Leicester Tigers and Gloucester flanker Matt Kvesic will appear before an RFU Disciplinary Panel on Tuesday (May 12) following their dismissals during Aviva Premiership Round 21.The panel, chaired by His Honour Judge Sean Enright, will sit at the Coventry Holiday Inn to hear the case of Kvesic, who is charged with a tip tackle, contrary to Law 10.4(j), followed by a hearing for Bai, charged with charging into a ruck or maul, contrary to Law 10.4(h).
