Jones to feature in England's Six Nations opener this Sunday

Leicester Tigers star Meg Jones has been named in the England squad for their opening match of the 2024 Guinness Six Nations.

The centre has been named amongst the replacements for the visit to Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi in Parma, where they will battle Italy.

A standout performer throughout her debut season for Tigers, Jones has started each of the side's 12 games in Allianz Premiership Women's Rugby, scoring 69 points which consist of five tries, 19 conversions and two penalties.

The Red Roses will take to the field for their opening match of the championship this Sunday, March 24 (kick off: 3pm) and you can watch live on BBC 2 and iPlayer.
