The Role:

At Leicester Tigers, we are excited to announce that an opportunity has opened up to join our Communications Department, as a Content Producer.

The primary focus of the role will be to create entertaining and informative video and visual content from all areas of the club, to further engage audiences and support communications output.

Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, and assisting the Content Production Manager, the successful candidate will join an experienced communications team within a unique and exciting environment.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating, filming and editing original, entertaining and informative content to agreed briefs and schedules;
  • Establishing templates and standards for regular content output, with graphics, captions, imagery and partnership assets where necessary, with the ability to animate visual graphics;
  • Working across multiple video and content projects;
  • Involvement in end-to-end production, including planning creative meetings, storyboarding, on-location filming and post-production editing, including creative re-packaging for specific platforms;
  • Archiving video and audio footage alongside appropriate stock assets;
  • Working closely with the Communications Team and other departments to deliver content to the highest standards, and to the right markets;
  • Staying in step with advancements in video production technology, tools and equipment to further develop the department’s hardware and software inventory, putting forward recommendations where appropriate;
  • Up keeping of the club’s media equipment and assets;
  • Assisting digital and social media content across the club, including partnerships, marketing, retail and community messaging as well as the rugby;
  • Carrying out any other duties and tasks required by department management, which are within the post-holder’s capabilities;
  • Reflecting and promoting the club’s key messages and values.

  • Film-making, Media or other relevant degree;

The Role:

At Leicester Tigers, we are excited to announce that an opportunity has opened up to join our Ticket Office and Group Days Team, as a Group Days Sales Executive.

Within the Ticket Office and Group Days team you will be charged with promoting and selling the Club’s offerings through group scheme initiatives, strategic telesales campaigns, and group account management; including outreach and club/school visits. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Selling a targeted amount of the company’s products and offerings, keeping up with and exceeding set KPIs;
  • Building relationships with and account managing key stakeholder groups to maximise their engagement, yearly spend and ensure repeat business;
  • Being the first point of contact for groups; recognising the key contact at each group and representing the brand in an exceptional manner;
  • Keeping up to date with products and developments to make sure the company offers the most relevant experiences at the right prices and at the right time;

The Role:

At Leicester Tigers, we are excited to announce that an opportunity has opened up to work within our Community Team, as the Project Rugby Lead – Rugby Development Officer.

This role is about taking a lead in the development and delivery of the Leicester Tigers Project Rugby Programme. Here, you will be a part of the PRL/RFU Heads of Agreement initiative “Project Rugby”. You will be working as an integral part of the Community Rugby team in developing a wide reaching programme prescribed in the PRL community funding Service level Agreement, and supporting management in the administration and reporting of the programme.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Community Manager to develop the ongoing strategy and focus for Project Rugby delivery, whilst also reflecting the KPIs & Outcomes set within the funding agreement at all times;
  • Taking a leading role in the Project Rugby team making sure to ensure the best possible outcomes from the resources dedicated to the programme;
  • Engaging in being the key communication link with all partners, including Premiership Rugby Limited;
  • Establishing a constructive relationship with teachers, students and local rugby clubs, creating new partnerships and pathways, whilst developing new delivery opportunities;
  • Gathering accurate Project Rugby delivery data, ensuring all this data is recorded and reported to meet PRL funding and management information needs;
  • Coaching on Project Rugby and using initiative to develop and deliver an exciting and engaging rugby coaching and physical activity programme;

The successful candidate will take a lead in the development and delivery of the Tigers+ Schools, Clubs and Supporters Programme. Working as an integral part of the Club’s Community & Supporter Engagement plan, they will be responsible for developing a wide reaching programme that engages local schools and Rugby Clubs to deliver a Tigers+ series of leagues, festivals and events that bring more players and supporters to the game. Developing pathways to participation through the passion and long term commitment to the Tigers Brand. The Tigers+ Lead Rugby Development Officer will be required to support senior management in the administration, monitoring and evaluation of the initiative, whilst reporting on its impact.

The Role:

At Leicester Tigers, we are excited to announce that an opportunity has opened up to work within our Medical team as a Physiotherapist.

The primary aim of this role will be to provide Physiotherapy and medical support to the Senior Squad, Development Squad and Academy Squad, and to contribute to the day-to-day running of the Clubs medical work-stream; assisting in the vision of being the best prepared team in Europe.

This role is seen as a great opportunity for a physiotherapy who is keen to enter the world of professional sports, as well as develop within an experienced group of practitioners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to the Physiotherapy provision of the Senior and Academy Squads by assisting in accurate assessment, rehabilitation and treatment for all players.
  • Assisting in planning and implementing injury prevention and performance enhancement for all squads.
  • Providing pitch-side cover and assistance for both training and matches.
  • Completing a number of tasks to enhance the ability of the medical work-stream to function day to day.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date notes on RugbySquad Medical, in-line with the RFU Minimum standards.
  • Contributing to in-service improvement projects including reviewing and challenging current practices within the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with Junior Rugby Clubs and local Community Hubs / Colleges;
  • Delivering a quality coaching experience that engages to deliver specific participation and pathway outcomes as part of the Tigers Project rugby initiative;
  • Delivering an exciting and attractive, practical and theory based, coaching and physical activity programme, which stimulates the interest of students and staff within schools and colleges, as well as players, parents and coaches at rugby clubs and community hubs;

The primary function of this role is to plan, communicate and deliver a practical and theory based TAG Rugby and Physical Activity programme.   • Assisting in the planning and delivery of supporter and sponsors events. Liaising with Tigers internal departments and 3rd party companies to deliver and coordinate any agreed sponsorship activities;
  • Developing and co-ordinating a program of external events and promotional activities, to raise the overall awareness of the club and to create a match day ‘buzz’ with specific themed days and season opening event;
  • Putting together and running a promotional team to deliver and set up our promotional vehicle “The Maul” at external events;
  • Liaising with the Communications Team regarding all events, match days, JTC and ‘Maul’ activities, on a weekly basis;

Retail Casual Staff:

  • Ensuring a first class service is given to all customers whilst visiting the Tigers shop, especially through communication.
  • Ensuring that the stock is maintained to a high standard of presentation and to familiarise yourself with all products and their position within the store.
