Sales Ledger Administrator

Here at Leicester Tigers, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Sales Ledger Administrator to join our warm and friendly Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, we are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications;

About You

  • Accurate, methodical, and outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills – ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads
  • Highly organised with strong self-management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other departments
  • Comfortable in working in a diverse collaborative team environment

What we want

We are looking for passionate individuals, who carry our values as well as their own ambition and drive to become the best version of themselves.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales Ledger or similar role, with experience specifically in Sales Invoicing, Account Reconciliation and Sound knowledge of Book Keeping and Financial Administration, with excellent Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel.

We would expect a minimum of Level 2 AAT Qualification, with the opportunity to develop to Level 3 if desired; this will be funded by the company and will reflect in the salary.

The Role

Managing daily financial and administrative tasks such as handling cash, banking and cashing up, raising invoices and credit notes accordingly, Update accounts system from daily sales reports, and other relevant income and sales reports; Processing BACS receipts and other income; Liaise with other internal departments to assist with reconciliations; Investigate any discrepancies in daily accounting and resolve any issues; Assist with incoming calls from internal and external customers; Maintain relationships between internal and external customers.

This role also has the opportunity for more responsibilities with expected retail additions to the company in the near future.

What we have to offer

Annual salary between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Group Days Executive

We have an amazing opportunity for a new addition to our Group Days team as a Group Days Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Group Days Manager, we are looking for someone with the following qualities;

About You

  • Flexible and adaptable when approaching varying situations
  • Good organisational skills – ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads
  • Telesales experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other departments
  • Comfortable in working in a diverse and collaborative team environment

What we want

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales capacity, preferably in telesales with elements of face to face customer service, with a keen interest in Sporting activities.

The Role

Our Group Days team look after relationships between the business and any external groups that wish to participate in group activities. As a Group Days Executive, you will promote and sell tickets, clinics and camps to various organisations within a catchment area. There is also a large account management element to this role, you will be the first point of contact for these groups all the way through to the day of their activity.

You will also assist other departments to execute these experiences in an effort to continue the on-going relationship these stakeholders have with the business. Keeping up to date with industry trends and products is key to ensure our experiences are the best that they can be, at affordable prices is also key in this role.

What we have to offer

Annual salary between £18,000 - £22,000, with capped OTE up to £5,000.
