Claire Gallagher made her test debut in July last year against New Zealand and joins Tigers having last played for Aurora Barbarians and University of Ottawa in her home country.

Gallagher’s profile grew after a standout performance in Canada’s dominant victory over the Wallaroos in last year’s in the Pacific four competition, scoring her first international try, while the midfielder also started in her country's WXV 1 games against Wales and England as Canada finished second in the inaugural competition.
