Francois van Wyk joins Leicester Tigers ahead of the 2021/22 season from Northampton Saints.
The South African front-rower makes the move across the East Midlands after four seasons with the Gallagher Premiership club.
Born in the Western Cape of South Africa, Van Wyk played his junior rugby for Western Province before representing Cape Town University side Ikey Tigers in the Varsity Cup, where he played a key role in their title-winning 2011 campaign.
He made his Currie Cup debut for Western Province in 2013 before moving to Australia to play for Super Rugby side the Western Force, where he spent four seasons ahead of moving to Northampton ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.
