Getting to know me
I was first introduced to rugby by having to watch my brother play on a Sunday morning and soon realised that playing was much more fun then watching! I enjoyed a couple of years of mini's rugby but there were no other girls playing at the time and I soon moved on to other sports. We were fortunate to have the chance to play rugby in P.E in secondary school and so when my local club (Chew Valley RFC) restarted their women's team I went down as a 17 year old and got my first experience of contact rugby. Later that year I moved away to university and spent the next 3 years representing Oxford Brookes, Oxfordshire County and Henley Hawks Women in Championship South. Before joining Richmond FC in 2019 and collecting my first Premier 15s 1st team cap in February 2020. In recent years, I've also had the chance to play 7s with several invitational sides including the Savvy Panthers and Ramblin Jesters, and won the super 7s series with the Ramblin Jesters in 2021.
