Fly-half Jed Walsh joined the club's Senior Academy squad from Australian Super Rugby side, NSW Waratahs, where he was a member of the Academy after graduating from the Gen Blue squad in 2021, midway through the 21/22 season.
Born in Palm Beach, Florida (USA), the English-qualified Walsh grew up in Australia on Sydney's northern beaches and is the younger brother of Exeter Chiefs fly-half Jack Walsh.
He played his junior rugby for Manly Marlins - the former club of current Tigers player Nemani Nadolo and former Leicester player Sir Clive Woodward - before rising through the ranks of the Shute Shield club.
