How I got into wheelchair rugby?
I used to play Rugby Union until my previous hip condition developed into osteoarthritis. Wanting to stay close to the sport I looked into Wheelchair Rugby and attended some training sessions with the Tigers. Even though I don’t classify for the WR4’s, I joined during the development of WR5’s and have been a part of it since.
Interests outside of the sport
I currently attend Nottingham University where I study Aerospace Engineering because aeroplanes have always been a passion of mine. As I use to play Rugby Union, I love to watch International matches. I also go to the gym regularly to do weightlifting.
Proudest Sporting Moment (in wheelchair rugby)
Playing in the first Premiership tournament of WR5’s where Tigers managed to get to the final and receiving compliments off players that have played for years.
