Dolly joined Leicester Tigers part-way through the 2020/21 season Coventry Rugby.
Born in Australia, Dolly enjoyed a successful youth career with New South Wales Rugby Union and Eastwood Rugby.
The English-qualified forward joined Sale Sharks in 2017 before being included in the England Under-18s squad that season.
Dolly spent time on loan with Sale FC, Rotherham Titans and Jersey Reds, and represented England in the Under-20s Six Nations and Junior World Championship in 2019 alongside Tigers prop Joe Heyes, before joining Championship club Coventry ahead of their revised 2020/21 season.
