Rob Carmichael was an early starter in rugby, first getting involved at the age of four.

He was a member of Sandy Bay and West Islands clubs growing up in Hong Kong and played some of his rugby at centre before moving to the UK in 2019.

He is a student at Trent College and based in Nottinghamshire.
