Steve currently coaches at SMB Brooksby Campus, the ACE partner college of Leicester Tigers. 

He has been involved with the Tigers Junior Academy for the last 10 years and was previously the director of rugby at Market Harborough RUFC. 

In addition, Steve has also had the opportunity to coach in Belgium, Chile, Malaysia and Australia.

He volunteered to lead guest sessions in 2021/22 at Lichfield RUFC and brings a wealth of knowledge to the women’s set-up this season.
