Mattioli Woods Welford Road – Stadium Regulations

1. Leicester Tigers reserves the right to

a. refuse admission to anyone at its own discretion.
b. remove from the stadium anyone who does not comply with these regulations.
c. remove from the stadium anyone or whose presence within the stadium constitute source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person.
d. search spectators and/or their belongings when coming to the stadium.

2. Alcohol

a. No alcoholic drink can be brought into the stadium.
b. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in places authorised in accordance with local licensing laws.

3. Smoking & Vaping

a. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes/vapes is not permitted in the stadium.  Persistent offenders will be removed from the stadium.

4. Prohibited Items

a. The following articles must not be brought in to the stadium:

i. Knives or other devices that may be used as a weapon.
ii. illegal substances.
iii. fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, flares, weapons, laser devices, or any items considered dangerous or hazardous.
iv. bottles, glass vessels, cans.
v. large-bodied cameras including those having interchangeable lenses and those with a focal length of greater than 150mm.

5. Flags & Banners

a. flags/banners must not be larger than 2 metres x 1 metre
b. must be made of fire-retardant material and may be subject to inspection
c. must not obstruct the view of others, cover advertising hoardings, or cause a safety hazard
d. only flags, clothing and banners directly related to the teams participating in the event are permitted
e. poles and any article that may be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety are not permitted

6. Supporter Behaviour

a. failure to comply with instructions from stewards, police officers or other authorised agents of the club will result in ejection from the stadium.
b. supporters must not

i. throw an object or missile
ii. damage or deface the property of the club
iii. use foul, abusive, discriminatory, racist or homophobic language
iv. attempt to enter the stadium whilst under the influence of an illegal substance
v. be found to be drunk, or using violent or threatening behaviour
vi. attempt to sell articles or services

7. Unauthorised Entry onto the Playing Area

a. Any unauthorised incursion onto the field of play will result in ejection from the stadium and prosecution.

8. Tickets

a. Leicester Tigers reserves the right to change the date and/or time of its advertised fixtures without notice or liability.
b. No refunds will be made in respect of tickets sold and paid for in advance of a match where such a match is postponed.
c. If on entry to the stadium the Safety Officer deems that the ticket holder is unable to access or egress their seating or would require support in the event of an emergency, alternative seating will be provided if available.

9. Under 16s

a. All children over the age of 2 must have an admission ticket.
b. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Animals

a. Animals are not allowed within the Stadium except designated assistance dogs for people with additional needs.

11. Drones

a. The use of drones within the stadium is prohibited.

12. Photography

a. The taking of photographs inside the stadium is permitted for personal use only.  No recording for radio, television or for other private purpose, whether for transmission or otherwise, is permitted save for those with written authorisation from the club.
b. By entering the stadium, all persons are acknowledging that photographic images and/or audio or visual recordings may be taken of them and may also be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the club.

13. Spectator Code of Conduct

All spectators must read and agree to the following Spectator Code of Conduct. You must ensure that anyone you buy tickets for, or allocate/transfer ticket to, has also read and agreed.

The following behaviours will not be tolerated:

a. Behaviour that is unruly, disruptive or illegal.
b. Behaviour that is fuelled by intoxication, either by alcohol or other substance abuse.
c. Foul, offensive, abusive language, gestures or actions.
d. Interfering in any way with the progress of the game.
e. Verbal or physical abuse or intimidation of others.
f. Indecent exposure or wearing obscene or indecent clothing.
g. Conduct that endangers the safety of others.
