Tigers Residential Rugby Camps
Our residential rugby camps provide the perfect opportunity for young players to improve their game whilst immersing themselves in a focused and dedicated rugby environment.
As part of the residential experience players will train, eat, live and socialise together within our outstanding venue at Denstone College.
Players will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of rugby activities including:
- Technical and Tactical Rugby Training
- Strength and Conditioning Sessions and Advice
- Athlete Education (including Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Video Analysis, Male and Female Specific Performance Factors)
- Goal Setting and Individual Coach Feedback
The content involved throughout the week will look to enhance the players rugby skills both on and off the pitch and provide them with lasting knowledge to enhance their individual rugby journey.
In addition to rugby development, all participants will have the chance to meet Leicester Tigers Senior Squad players from our Men’s and Women’s teams and visit the famous Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium.
The timetable below gives an example outline of how the week could look. Please note this is subject to change based on facilities and player availability.

Boys Residential
Date: Monday, August 12 - Friday, August 16
Available to players in the Under 13 and U16 age grade.

Available to players in the Under 12 and U18 age grade.
Junior Residential
