A dominant first-half from Glasgow Warriors, which included more than 70% possession for the home side, followed by an eleven-minute, 21-point onslaught to open the second-half, proved too much to claw back for Leicester Tigers at Scotstoun Stadium.
A late comeback, including two tries for the visitors, helped to cut the deficit but it ended 43-19 in favour of the home side, ending the European campaign for Tigers at the Round of 16 stage.
Despite having more than two-thirds of the possession and spending the majority of the first 40 minutes camped deep inside the Leicester end, plus Tigers being down a man for a large portion of the first half with Jack van Poortvliet and Cameron Henderson both shown yellow cards, Glasgow were only able to get across the chalk for two tries.
Olly Cracknell was the first to register points, just two minutes into the match, when the No.8 barged over from close range. Handré Pollard's conversion attempt went wide, meaning Leicester's lead was just five points.
Henco Venter and Sione Vailanu scored Glasgow's first-half tries and Adam Hastings landed both conversions, plus a penalty goal before the break, to see the Warriors 17-5 ahead at the break.
Vailanu had his second just two minutes into the second half before Hastings crossed in the 49th minute, followed by George Horne less than a minute later, along with three from three for Hastings, to make it 38-5.
Solomone Kata (56th minute) and Hanro Liebenberg (66th minute) added tries, with Pollard converting both, to bring it back to just 19 points separating the sides with 15 minutes left, before the Warriors put an end to any comeback with their last try - a second for Venter - in the 74th minute, making it 43-19.
