A young Tigers Academy side did themselves proud last weekend as they finished runners up in the Action Against Hunger tournament in the South of France.
Tigers topped a group featuring fellow Guinness Premiership team Harlequins and French opposition Perpignan and Toulon in the U-17 tournament held in Toulouse on Sunday.
A squad that featured a mix of the 2007/08 Academy side and next season's new intake eventually lost 22-7 to the hosts in the competition final.
