Marcos Ayerza and Argentina booked a place in the Rugby World Cup semi-finals with victory over Ireland in Cardiff on Sunday.The Pumas got off to a sensational start but had to face an Irish fightback either side of half-time before stretching out to a 43-20 victory which had their enthusiastic fans on their feet at the Millennium Stadium.
Ayerza played 67 minutes in an enthralling and physical contest.
Daniel Hourcade's men face the winners of the fourth quarter-fonal, between Australia and Scotland, in the last four next weekend.
