Bid for backs shirts with Remembrance auction

Leicester Tigers fans have managed to raise almost £2,000 so far for the Leicester Tigers Foundation with the club’s Remembrance auction giving fans have the chance to own match-worn shirts.

Now it’s the turn of the backs shirts from the line-up who faced Sale Sharks in the club’s Armistice fixture on November 9, 2018.

Fans can place their bids to own match-worn shirts of Ben White, Jordan Olowofela, Kyle Eastmond, Gareth Owen, Adam Thompstone and George Worth.

Click the links below to place your bid on each of the shirts. The auction will last for three days ending at 12.00pm on Monday, December 10.

The one-off Tigers shirts were played in during the Armistice day game on November 9, 2018 as part of the centenary remembrance of the end of World War One, and includes a printed centenary 'Thank you' poppy logo.

All proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting the proposed monument project as part of the work of the Tigers Foundation recognising each of the fallen Tigers during both World War conflicts.

The club also be making a donation to the Royal British Legion as each shirt sold represents the great work the organisation does for those who have served with their country.

We’ll be sharing details of our final auction on Tuesday, December 11 when there will be the match-worn shirts of each of the Armistice fixtures Tigers’ replacements including lock Mike Fitzgerald, scrum-half Sam Harrison and prop Joe Heyes.
