Tigers supporter Dominique Greer and her family enjoyed a "great surprise" after being named Season Ticket Holder of the Match for the final home game of 2015 at Welford Road.Dominique’s family enjoyed matchday from the Tryline Club and her husband Andrew and their children Rosy and Ben were welcomed on to the pitch at half-time for a commemorative photo and a chat with Tigers star Manu Tuilagi.
Season ticket holders for the last three seasons, the Leicester-based family usually sit in the MET-Rx Stand.
After their experience on the pitch in front of a 21,000-strong crowd last Saturday, Andrew said: “It was a big surprise but it’s been a great day. Meeting Manu was a real bonus.”
To recognise their contribution, the club has launched the Season Ticket Holder of the Match benefit for each home game when one fan selected at random and three family members and/or friends have the chance to experience hospitality Tigers style.
There will be another Season Ticket Holder of the Match at the next home game, against Northampton Saints on Saturday, January 9.
