Irish referee John Lacey will be in charge of Leicester Tigers' European Champions Cup opener against Stade Francais at Welford Road on Friday, November 13.Tournament organisers EPCR have announced all of the match officials for Rounds 1 and 2, with Rugby World Cup referee Lacey taking charge of the opening game in the Tigers pool.   Mathieu Raynal of France has been appointed for the Round 2 game against Treviso in Italy on Saturday, November 21.   Tickets for all home games in European Champions Cup and Aviva Premiership are on sale now at the Tigers ticket office.
