Tigers go to Clermont on Saturday, April 5 (5pm kick-off local time) and the Away Supporters Club have trips using coach or rail. Both include three nights bed and breakfast hotel accommodation (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Clermont.
Match tickets are not included in the package prices.
Details of match tickets prices and sales are still to be confirmed and will be published through the Tigers club website and social media as soon as possible. Please note all supporters are responsible for purchasing their own match tickets.
Some travel details are still to be finalised, but here are the plans so far:
Clermont Auvergne away by train
Friday April 4: Leave Leicester by coach at 4.30am to catch the 8.31am Eurostar service from St Pancras. Arrive in Paris at 11.56am local time, transfer from Gare du Nord to Gare du Bercy, and catch 3pm train to Clermont, arriving 6.28pm.
The hotel is a 20/25-minute walk from the station and five minutes from the Marcel Michelin stadium.
Monday April 7: Leaving Clermont 1.30pm, arriving at St Pancras around 8.40pm. Meet our coaches there and get back to Leicester shortly before midnight.
The cost of transport and three nights’ B&B is expected to be £305.
Clermont Auvergne away by coach
Thursday April 3: Leave Leicester at about 11pm to catch ferry (or take tunnel) at about 3am, arriving in France by 5.30am local time.
Driving time to Clermont is a little over nine hours and we will have three breaks so we are only on the coach for about two-and-a-half hours between stops and should arrive at our hotel around 5pm.
Saturday is matchday, Sunday is free and we will arrange a day out for anyone interested as the bus is paid for and we can use it.
Monday April 7: The return journey will start after breakfast and we hope to be back at Welford Road about midnight.
The cost of transport and three nights’ B&B is £195.
