Dan Cole has been named the Lumbers Player of the Month.
Leicester Tigers prop Cole was announced as the winner for December during half-time of this afternoon’s European Champions Cup game against Racing 92 at Welford Road.
Cole, who made his 50th appearance in the Champions Cup in the final pool game of this season’s competition, finished ahead of teammates Logovi’i Mulipola and Sione Kalamafoni in the supporter vote.
He follows Valentino Mapapalangi, Harry Wells, Jonny May and Telusa Veainu in winning the award so far this season.
