Buy your tickets now and show your support for Leicester Tigers in Marcelo Loffreda's first home game as head coach this Saturday.

Loffreda arrived from Argentina last week after taking the national team to third place in the World Cup and a big crowd will give him a warm welcome to Welford Road this weekend.

Tigers lost their opening match in the pool stages of this season's Heineken Cup against Leinster last weekend, and now welcome Edinburgh - and their former England coach Andy Robinson - to Welford Road.

"The last time I met Andy Robinson, I was with Argentina. I have come from overseas to be in England - and he has gone from England to another country," said Loffreda in the build-up to this weekend's game.

"I am very excited to be here for my first match with Leicester Tigers at Welford Road. It was an honour to be involved with the international team but now this is a new thing for me and I am looking forward to the challenge."

Tigers recovered from defeat in the opening game of the Heineken Cup last season to eventually reach the knockout stages and they then went all the way to a fourth final in 11 years.

The last home game at Welford Road produced a record attendance for an EDF Energy Cup pool round fixture when 17,551 witnessed victory over Magners League leaders Cardiff Blues.

Tickets for Saturday (3pm kick-off) are on sale now. Contact the Tigers ticket office on 08701 28 34 30, book online or call in at Welford Road.
