Tickets to the first ever stadium gigs to be held in the city are on general sale now.
Brit Award winners James Morrison and Will Young are headliners at Welford Road shows this summer. James Morrison will take to the stage on Thursday, July 15 before Will Young performs on Friday, July 16. A full supporting bill is to be confirmed for each date.
James Morrison said: "I am excited to be invited to perform the first ever concert at Welford Road and I'm looking forward to what, I'm sure, will be a fantastic night for all."
Will Young added: "I am very excited about the summer outdoor shows, it's been a long time since I have done a run of big outdoor summer concerts, not counting the festivals, and I get to play new venues in new counties. I am particularly looking forward to seeing the banners that appear in the crowd"
