Teams representing companies including HSBC, Caterpillar, Gforce, Jaguar and Hilton International are all preparing for the big day.
And as well as the rugby action, there will also be plenty of activities off the field with a bucking bronco, bungee run, face-painting and mini rugby coaching clinics all available for children on the day as it comes during their half-term break.
David Lloyd Narborough will also be represented and Caterpillar are be holding a recruitment roadshow at Welford Road around the Sevens.
Admission at the gate is by donation to the supporting charities, The Army Benevolent Fund and Hope Against Cancer. Entry for under-16s is free.
