Tigers Academy fly-half Sam Costelow has been named in the Wales U20s matchday squad for their U20s Six Nations game against Scotland on Friday night.

Wales head coach Gareth Williams has made four changes to the starting line-up the fourth round fixture at Meggetland, with Costelow included among the replacements for the match.

Costelow - who recently starred in the Tigers second successive U18 League Grand Final win over Gloucester - has played a role in every round so far for his home nation off the bench and had a hand in the last-gasp try that set up victory over England in the third round.

Speaking ahead of the game, Williams said: "There are a number of changes in the squad, and this is a reflection of the competition we have leading towards the World Cup."

"We are very focussed on the challenge of Scotland. They are a good team who will be excited to be at home and they will pose a real threat to us.

"We've been keen to put England behind us despite being proud of the resolve we showed in gaining that result."
