The Rugby Football Union have confirmed that Leicester Tigers flanker Tom Croft suffered an injury to his shoulder-blade in England's defeat by South Africa.
Croft, gaining his 22nd cap, was hurt during the first half of the match at Twickenham and the England management released a statement which said Croft had been assessed by the medical team and, after attending Charing Cross hospital, “scans show evidence of a fracture to his right scapula.”

He will see a specialist this week to determine if any further action needs to be taken and how long recovery will take.
Tigers fly-half Toby Flood also left the field on Saturday, but the national team management confirmed he had suffered no serious injury and will return to Leicester.
