The starting line-up features 12 players who have played first-team rugby for the club, with seven members of the pack and five of the backline having appeared for Tigers in the Guinness Premiership or EDF Energy Cup this season.
Boris Stankovich, Gavin Hickie, Dave Young, Richard Blaze and Marco Wentzel form an all first-team front five, with Dan Hemingway packing down alongside Ben Herring and Tom Croft as the only academy player in the forwards.
Christophe Laussucq and Ian Humphreys are named at half-back, with Tom Youngs and Ayoola Erinle selected in the centres. Matt Smith starts at full back, with young wingers Vavae Tuilagi and Jack Cobden filling the wing berths.
The match, which is taking place at Franklin’s Gardens, kicks-off at 7pm tonight.
