Last season's double winners then host beaten semi-finalists Cardiff Blues on Saturday, November 3, kick-off 2.30pm, with that fixture being televised live on the BBC.
The defending champions' final group match will take place at Welford Road against Sale Sharks on the weekend of November 30/December ½, with the exact date and time yet be finalised.
The tournament itself kicks off on Friday, October 26 at 7.10pm, with BBC Wales showing coverage of Tigers' Group B rivals Cardiff Blues and Sale Sharks from live the Welsh capital.
