Seven Leicester Tigers players have been added to the England training squad preparing for the New Zealand tour and the match against the Barbarians.

England named an initial group last week and, following the conclusion of their club seasons, another 18 players from Aviva Premiership semi-finalists Tigers and Harlequins are now added to the selection. James Gaskell and Ross Harrison of Sale Sharks and Bath hooker Rob Webber have also received a call-up.

The uncapped Leicester trio of Jamie Gibson, Graham Kitchener and Ed Slater join Anthony Allen, Geoff Parling, Manusamoa Tuilagi and Ben Youngs in the training squad.

It has already been announced that Dan Cole, Tom Croft and Tom Youngs will not be touring with England this summer.

Further players will be added to the squad at the conclusion of the European tournaments next weekend and then after the Aviva Premiership Final.

The final squads for the New Zealand tour and the Barbarians match on June 1 will be announced next Monday (May 26).
