Former Leicester Tigers back-rower Paul Gustard has joined the England coaching staff.Gustard, who made 118 appearances for Tigers between 1997 and 2002, scoring 14 tries, will take on the role of defence coach.
The former Saracens defence coach links up with new England head coach Eddie Jones, himself a former Tigers hooker who made three appearances for the club in the 1991/92 season, and forwards coach Steve Borthwick, Gustard will start his new job in late January.
