Hundreds of supporters joined Tigers players at the launch of the new away kit at John Lewis Leicester.

Jordan Crane, Niall Morris, Craig Newby, Julian Salvi, Boris Stankovich and Ben Woods signed shirts, programmes and Tigers balls during the session at the store in Highcross, Leicester city centre on Wednesday afternoon.

The first-team players also posed for photographs with fans and with John Lewis staff and customers, and also talked to journalists about their pre-season preparations during their two-hour visit to the store.

There were also hundreds of visitors to the Maul, the Tigers roadshow vehicle, which was stationed outside John Lewis in St Peter's Square.

Supporters had their photograph taken with the LV= Cup and with Welford, the Tigers mascot, while the Junior Tigers Club team signed up hundreds of new members.

“It was great to see such a really good turnout,” Newby said. “John Lewis is a great spot to launch the new away shirt and we had a lot of supporters coming through, which was great.”

The players were helping to launch the new away kit with the help of Tigers sponsors John Lewis Leicester.

The Test, Pro and Classic kits are available now in mens, ladies and childrens sizes. Buy now at the Tigers club stores at Welford Road and in Market Street, Leicester and online by clicking here
