The five-day Tigers Rugby Camp at Market Rasen & Louth RFC in August is the first to fully sell-out, though places are still available on the three half-day tag rugby course at the same venue.
The camp at Lichfield (July 29-August 2) and the residential camp at Bishop Burton College near Beverley (August 5-9) are also close to selling out.
A massive summer for Tigers Rugby Camps kicks off at Syston RFC on the week of July 15-19 and there will be more camps across the Tigers region as well as returns to Jersey and Guernsey.
As well as Lichfield, Tigers will also be at Stamford School, Swaffham and Diss during the week of July 29-August 2, providing a great way to kickstart your training ahead of the 2013/14 season.
Supported by energy efficiency experts Mark Group, our rugby camps give players who are playing contact rugby in next season’s under-9s to under-16s age groups the chance to experience top-quality coaching in a professional environment.
All coaching is provided by the Tigers community coaching team alongside some of the club’s senior academy coaches and past players Ian ‘Dosser’ Smith, Troy Thacker and two-time Heineken Cup winner Glenn Gelderbloom.
The camps run closely to the Tigers Academy and youth rugby programme, with coaches passing on some of the tips that took Tigers to a record 10th English title in 2012/13.
As well as expert tips in a fun and professional environment, each player will receive a match ticket to an allocated Tigers home game, a hot lunch, Tigers Rugby Camp T-shirt, rugby ball and drinks bottle, and free membership to the Junior Tigers Club.
This summer we also have a series of tag rugby courses on half-days for players in next season’s under-sevens and under-eights age groups.
