However, after what has been an away-day-dominated first half of the campaign, the New Year brings with it an exciting line-up of home games for the Tigers Family.
While 2023 starts with a fortnight of fixtures away from home for Richard Wigglesworth and his side, three successive home games await them from mid-January.
First to visit Tigers HQ in the new calendar year are Ospreys Rugby in Round 4 of the 2022/23 Heineken Champions Cup, before rugby's biggest rivalry writes its latest chapter on January 28 when Northampton Saints come to town.
February begins with a bye round for Tigers, then Premiership Rugby Cup weekend, while Saracens are the next visitors to Mattioli Woods Welford Road for a Sunday afternoon showdown on February 19.
Bath and Bristol are visitors in March and Exeter in April, with Harlequins the final to make the trip to the East Midlands in May, meaning seven of the remaining scheduled eleven fixtures for Tigers men's team will be played at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
In addition, the unbeaten Tigers women's side have five home games remaining - including two at Mattioli Woods Welford Road - in their seven scheduled fixtures to come in the 2023 Women's Championship North.
