The club's allocation includes tickets priced £25, £35, £50 and £60, with half-price tickets for concessions in these categories.
Tickets go on sale to season ticket holders only from Thursday, April 26. They can be purchased from the Tigers ticket office by phone or in person. There are no online sales via the club website for this match and any email or fax requests regarding ticket purchases will not be actioned by the club.
Leicester Tigers managing director David Clayton said: "We have now received our allocation of tickets and we are surprised to find that two-thirds of our allocation are in the £60 category. There are just under 2,000 tickets priced at £50, with 1,000 at £35 and fewer than 500 at £25.
"We recognise that this could be an expensive day out for our supporters, particularly as many will have already been to Twickenham this season.
"The club have therefore decided to subsidise coach travel prices for supporters who book with Tigers Travel when purchasing their match ticket.
"Coach travel with the club will cost just £10 and we hope as many of our supporters as possible can travel with us."
The £10 coach travel offer is available subject to availability.

Children aged five and under can only be accommodated in the bottom tier so please request bottom tier tickets if this applies to your family.
