The quartet are all welcomed back from Six Nations duty for the match against Tigers’ top-of-the-table visitors which will be played in front of a 17,498 sell-out crowd at Welford Road (2.45pm kick-off).
Murphy is named at full-back in the same Tigers backline that started the win over Worcester Warriors in the last home game, while Kayser, White and Croft return to the forward pack.
England international prop White will make his 100th start for the club since his arrival in 2003. He joins Kayser and Argentina international Marcos Ayera in the front row.
Louis Deacon and Ben Kay continue at lock, while Croft is joined by Ben Woods and Ben Pienaar in the back row.
Sam Vesty makes his 100th Guinness Premiership appearance for his home-town club and Aaron Mauger continues as captain.
Harry Ellis and Toby Flood are unavailable after being retained by the England management ahead of next week’s Six Nations fixtures, while Martin Corry is unavailable due to suspension.
Jordan Crane (knee), Brett Deacon (foot) and Craig Newby (hamstring) have been ruled out by injury this week. Seru Rabeni (knee), Dan Hipkiss (knee), Lewis Moody (ankle), Ben Herring (head), Boris Stankovich (groin) and Richard Blaze (foot) are also sidelined.
