Tommy Reffell and Nicky Smith will tour New Zealand and Fiji with Scotland in July.
The Leicester Tigers duo have been included in the 33-man squad for the two-game tour of Japan.
Wales play the Brave Blossoms in Kitakyushu on July 5, at Mikuni World Stadium, before travelling to Kobe for the second Test at Noevir Stadium on July 12.
Both players featured for the club during the run-in to this season's Gallagher Premiership Final.
Reffell has been capped on 27 occasions by his home nation, while Smith has made 54 Test appearances for Wales.
