Scrum-half Guy Easterby makes his 64th and final appearance for the club after coming out of retirement to cover for injuries.
The bench includes South African prop Ollie le Roux, who returns from injury, as well as Cian Healy and Jonathan Sexton who were both named in Ireland’s squad for the Six Nations this week.
