With a trophy cabinet that includes five Premiership and two Heineken Cup winners’ medals, it’s unsurprising that former England and Tiger Leon Lloyd has continued his winning streak in the business world.
We’re giving businesses and individuals the chance to hear Leon’s story as he opens the first Business Club event on Friday, November 9 here at Welford Road.
Sponsored by Mattioli Woods, the new-look Business Club offers members the chance to network, meet club partners and hear from special guest speakers at events throughout the year.
Our first Business Club event invites guests to enjoy a matchday experience as well as a two-course meal before a chat with Lloyd ahead of Tigers' Premiership Rugby Cup fixture against Sale Sharks.
After 260 appearances in a Tigers shirt, Lloyd became foundation director for Oakham School in 2009 following his retirement from the game.
He then became CEO of the Legion Worldwide Group, a founder of Legends Rugby - a sports & events brand and is an ambassador for the Princes Trust and Christina Noble Children’s Foundation.
